Right now, life is full — in the good, slightly chaotic way.

I’m spending most of my working hours growing Marlee, a SaaS platform helping people unlock their potential at work. We’re deep in the next phase of scaling: optimising self-serve growth, building retention systems, and making the product feel more human (and more helpful) with AI.

Outside of Marlee, I’m:

• Running a side project called Squirrel & Bear, creating personalised children’s books and colouring adventures
• Quietly evolving Curious Badger, a custom SEO tool built for discoverability in the AI era
• Exploring what a truly collaborative AI teammate looks like, and writing about it
• Saying no to too many things, so I can say yes to being present with my kids

Family-wise, Lola is deep in a Bluey + unicorn phase. Jago’s nearly two and convinced he’s Hugo’s twin. Hugo is, as always, somewhere between asleep and overly alert for food.

We’ve just hit winter here, which means more slow-cooked dinners, long walks, and probably a few too many indoor pillow forts.
